Food Pyramid




Sometimes it's time to refer to basics. This is apparently how we should all be eating. Do we ? Not so much.

You know living in america I found it really hard to follow this 'food pyramid' but now after living in Europe for close to a year i can truthfully say I eat pretty close to it. I have found that my sweet tooth has shrunk tremendously and I am much more sensitive to sugar, i wish i could say the same about the fat in foods.

wow. I'm literally off these charts!!! I need more fruits. Veggies, I 'm good with too. Also, I don't get enough dairy. I'm shocked about how many carbs you are allowed/should have. I would have thought less.
